After drawing up the required schematics we got started with the 1 st fix phase of the project.

The 1st fix involves running all the required cabling from one focal point or comms room to all the necessary rooms in the property.

The 2nd fix phase involves connecting up all the main rack in the comms room, fully testing all terminated cables then installing the various devices through out. Once we have everything connected we then program the system, adding those little tweaks that every different household requests and fully test.

After a few more site visits and discussions with the client we delivered a property that can close gates, close garage doors, set heating, set lighting, power off all devices and close shades…… all from a single button press of the programmed “Good Night” button.
